ROCKSHOX ZEB ULTIMATE FORK AND VIVID ULTIMATE COIL

With the RockShox ZEB ultimate fork hardest impacts can't stop your ride. It's accompanied by the RockShox Vivid Ultimate coil, which you can change or set up according to your weight.

SRAMs GX EAGLE shifiting is a perfect fit as it is not impressed by any rock garden. For maximum traction and grip, we specced the SAM 9 with Schwalbe Magic Mary in the soft version.

PUSHES YOU LONGER AND STRONGER

The SAM is powered by the Bosch Performance Line CX motor (generation 5) to keep you riding longer and harder, with zero distractions. You can push the maximum torque up to 120 Nm with the eBike FlowApp. Choose between a 600 Wh or 800 Wh battery.

600 WH OR 800 WH BATTERY

With the SAM, you have the choice between the lighter and more affordable 600 Wh battery and the larger 800 Wh version. You can choose according to your preferences, and both are easily removable from the downtube. There’s also nothing stopping you from upgrading later; you’ll just need a different downtube cover.

PURPOSE DRIVES SPECS

The 38 mm suspension fork, coil shock, and 40 mm stem are just as much part of the purpose-oriented spec as the deliberate choice of an all-aluminum package: frame, wheels, and handlebar can endure hits without issue, ensuring you can always continue riding, even when things get rough.

FULL CONTROL

The SAM is specced from front to back with an uncompromising setup for gravity use. This starts with the DH tyres and doesn’t end with the powerful brakes. The used soft 2.5" tyres not only provide plenty of grip but also offer excellent puncture protection, while the 220 mm brake discs reliably clamp down even on the longest descents, bringing the SAM to a halt in record time. In combination, the tyres and the active rear during braking always generate enough traction to translate braking power into deceleration.

FLIP CHIP

With the FLIP CHIP at the chainstays, you can choose between 441 mm or 448 mm chainstay lengths to tune the balance of the SAM. Rowdy or stable – you decide! Both settings work with the same number of chain links.

ACTIVE REAR END

Added to this is the great maneuverability space at the rear, thanks to the dropper post with plenty of travel. The short seat tube provides enough space for long dropper posts despite the charging port: depending on the size, between 150 mm and 210 mm.

DURABLE DETAIL SOLUTIONS

The particularly thick, bolted chainstay protector ensures the bike is quieter than ever. The motor cover is exceptionally robust.

ALUMINIUM FRAME WITH CARBON LOOK

Is that a carbon frame? With its smooth and polished welds and striking two-tone metallic paint job featuring a painted main link, the SAM exudes a level of sophistication rarely seen in aluminum bikes.
