Melicope ternata (Whaarangi)

Small evergreen shrub, fast growing in coastal to lowland forest. Glossy green trifoliate
leaves, with a citrus smell when crushed. Small yellowish-green flowers in early Spring. Can
be frost tender but will handle most conditions, prefers full sun to part shade.
