To use, simply add your seeds to the jar, screw on the mesh lid, and fill the jar halfway with water to soak the seeds for a few hours (refer to the instruction guide for exact times). After soaking, drain the water through the lid, rinse the seeds a couple of times, and shake them well. Stand the jar upside down to allow it to drain. Rinse with fresh cold water twice a day, and each time, shake and flip the jar to help the sprouts grow. After about five days, your jar will be full of fresh, sprouted goodness—ready to nourish your family
