Like the towering wave it’s named after, this brew pushes boundaries. A triple collaboration between Mount Brewing Co, Pinta (Poland) and Ārpus (Latvia), it brings together three powerhouses.

We started with a rich, full-bodied imperial stout base then layered in vanilla pods, adding a creamy, aromatic sweetness. Whole, single origin Brazilian coffee beans deliver bold espresso notes and a roasty backbone, while cocoa nibs bring deep chocolate intensity.

The result? A luscious, velvety stout with waves of dark chocolate, caramelised sugar, and espresso, finishing with a smooth, warming embrace.
