Jim Beam White Label Kentucky Bourbon 1.75 Litre

Jim Beam White Label has been made to the same formula since 1795.

It undergoes distillation at lower temperatures and is then aged for 4 years in oak barrels to create a smooth and mellow flavour.

As a 4 year old, little wood is evident in its flavour. Instead it shows its cereal roots and a foxy quality from its wild yeast strain. This gives Jim Beam White a unique flavour not apparent in other Jim Beam products.

It is a bourbon of finesse and subtelty, neither light nor heavy. It is mellow and just perfect.
