Love honey and hate plastic? Honey is one of those wonderful single ingredient foods, like coffee, that is hard not to like. We have teamed up with a beekeeper from just over the hill to put honey into swappa jars. This batch of multifloral honey is harvested mostly from the Waikato predominantly from clover. This makes for a light and creamy honey. It is so creamy that we have left it raw rather than creaming it.
