Mrs Rogers ECO Premium Mace 15g

Mace is the lacy covering of the nutmeg seed. It has a similar flavour and aroma to nutmeg but is more mild and subtle, often preferred for light dishes that nutmeg may overpower. Adds depth to white sauces, fish or chicken pie. Mace also gives a slight saffron-like hue to dishes. Add near the end of cooking.
