Consa is grown in Marcala, Honduras, by a group of producers under COMSA (Café Orgánico Marcala S.A.), a Fair Trade Organic certified co-operative.
This co-op is known not just for producing high-quality coffee, but also for empowering smallholder farmers and investing in community and sustainability.
The beans are naturally processed , meaning the coffee fruit is dried with the cherry still on — giving this coffee its rich, jammy fruit notes and thick body.
Honduras may not be the birthplace of coffee, but it’s home to some of the most exciting flavour profiles coming out of Central America.
Consa Natural is no exception — expect deep, sweet complexity and a smooth, lingering finish.
Enjoy.
