Whisky barrel Aged coffee - A fusion of two distinct worlds
This coffee is Colombian Supremo green coffee, aged for 6 months in a Thomsons Manuka Smoke Whisky barrel, then roasted.
Time does its thing, and the organic nature of the green coffee causes the whisky flavours to be drawn out of the wood of the barrel. Infusing deep into the bean. The coffee has drawn out the beautiful Manuka smoke whisky flavours, while still keeping the rich chocolate and coffee notes
A natural work of art that only time can create. We recommend enjoying this coffee as a cold brew over ice. Since it has had a delicate process of infusing over time
