Port O Ahuriri Golden Rum

Winner of this years Spirit Awards, Best New Zealand Rum in Category! Rum is considered to be the next big thing in NZ, in the coming years there will be a large focus in the Spirit Industry.

Steeped in rich history, the Port of Ahuriri has long served the early whalers and fishermen from the 1830’s and, with deep history, comes great stories of the liquid gold they drank.

THE TASTE

A perfectly balanced blend of molasses and sugar cane, has notes of vanilla, stone fruits, toasted oak and a slight saltiness. A great sweet and round mouthfeel, this rum will keep you going back to your glass to smell, taste and dream.

Aged in ex Buffalo Trace bourbon barrels.
