Maple Sugar is the ultimate form of Maple Syrup. We've taken our Organic Maple Syrup with all its vitamins and minerals and reduced it down even further to remove all water, giving you maple in its purest form.

This is a great substitute for normal sugar, just use half as much Maple Sugar as you would brown or white sugar.
