Dr Hauschka’s Quince Day Cream is a light cream that keeps skin healthy and fresh throughout the day. Quince seed extract, quince wax and beeswax combine to impart essential moisture and offer gentle protection.
Quince is a small tree, resembling the apple, found in the Caucasus region between the Black Sea and the Caspian Sea. It favours cooler climates and produces a large, firm, yellow fruit. Due to its cool-nature and high mucilage content, quince seed is characterised by its soothing and hydrating properties. It also supports the natural moisture processes of the skin to get and retain moisture.
