Hopper Natural Food Colour Green 20g

Hopper Natural Green food colour is popular at Christmas time, for adding a hint of colour to mint slices and to colour coconut to make green grass.

The green tones range from subtle pastels to bright, grassy green depending on how much you add. You can also increase the vibrancy by adding a drop of lemon juice to increase the acid content. The colours are derived using a water extraction process, without the use of solvents or chemicals. They do not contain any artificial functional additives or preservatives, are gluten free and do not contain dairy, egg or nuts of any type.

Our colour recipes are specifically formulated only for Hopper. There are other ‘natural’ colours in the market, but none with the potency and truly clean label as Hopper.
