The Manawa Bay Outlet Centre showcases innovation in architectural precast concrete. Manufactured with low-carbon concrete and blended with black oxide, the façade features bespoke CNC-milled organic mangrove designs across its full span. A striking contrast was achieved through a combination of F5 off-form finishes and Monarc diamond-honed surface refinement, revealing the natural beauty of black aggregate. A benchmark in sustainable, high-performance commercial construction.
