Recommended adult dosage (over 12 years)

Shake well before use.

Sleep well: Take 5mls three hours before bed and another 5mls one hour before bed. If needed, take another 5mls through the night.

- ZIZYPHUS seed 1215.5mg
- VALERIAN root 730.4mg
- HOPS flowers 364.65mg
