CAPEL VALE Regional Series Margaret River Chardonnay 2021

This delicious Chardonnay is 100% wild ferment and spent seven months in French barriques. Lees were stirred regularly. With flavours of orange blossom, freshly shaved fennel and toasted hazelnut with a briny, saline finish.
