LETHBRIDGE Ooh la la Chardonnay 2022

Tasting Note: A beautifully clean, pure nose of ripe melon, lemon zest, white peach with a lick of vanilla and toast from the oak. This has texture balanced with a mouth-watering acidity giving a classic, elegant style of Chardonnay to suit all occasions.

Winemaking Notes: The cool summer produced grapes with high and refreshing levels of acidity. Free run juice was used and then barrel fermented using wild yeast. Lees stirring added texture and complexity during 7 months in old and new French oak.
