honours and recognises the knowledge holders and keepers of our stories of connection to people and place. They embody our traditional values of care and are a shelter of reassurance and strength, reminiscent of our ancestral house, adorned with tukutuku.

This blanket is woven in our heavy style with a thicker yarn using 100% New Zealand Lambswool, the result is a larger & more robust blanket. There are six different weave structures to embellish this design with a reversible contrasting colour pallet. The Aparautaki collection features our classic blanket stitch edging. The yarn colours used are Pingao Gold, Red Ochre and Bark.
