Q. My nutribullet is not turning on. Why?

- A. Are the three tabs on the cup still in place? If no, the cup will need to be replaced.
- A. Can you push and twist the cup and blade into the motor base? If no, there may be a build up on the activators. See cleaning method below.! Q. Can I make hot soup in my nutribullet cup?

- A. No. NEVER use the nutribullet cups to make hot soups or beverages. Q. Can I mix carbonated liquids in my nutribullet cups?

- A. No. NEVER use the nutribullet cups to mix carbonated liquids. Q. What does EXTRACT mean?

- A. Extract is the process of extracting maximum nutrition from fresh fruits and vegetables in your nutribullet. The blades are designed specifically for nutrient extraction – to break down fruits and vegetables into a nutrient rich smoothie. Q. What are the cups and pitcher made of?

- A. The nutribullet cup and pitcher are made from super durable, BPA-Free Tritan Material. Q.The seal from my blade attachment is broken - how do i get a new one?

- A. The seals in the blade attachment are considered to be a non-removable component and cannot be individually replaced. Please contact our team for further assistance. Q. Am I able to use my current nutribullet cups and blades on the new nutribullet range?

- A. No. These are not compatible. Q. How do I clean the blade attachment?

- A. We recommend cleaning the attachment under lukewarm water. Please ensure the seal is not removed from the blade attachment when cleaning. Q. Can the nutribullet accessories be cleaned in the dishwasher?

- A. Unfortunately the blades cannot be washed in the dishwasher. The exposure to hot water will cause the seal to become damaged. The cups can be placed on the top rack of the dishwasher. Q. What is the warranty period for the nutribullet?

- A. The nutribullet comes with a 12 month warranty from date of purchase. If you are experiencing an issue with your nutribullet and the warranty has ended, please contact our team. Q. Why is my nutribullet leaking?

- A. It may be that the seal within the blade attachment has dislodged from its position or damaged. Please contact our team to discuss this further.
