Liam Barr (1966 – )

Highly accomplished Scottish born artist Liam Barr immigrated to in 1974. Barr's figurative works construct meticulous scenes, layered with detail, symbolism and iconography, exploring folklore and surrealism.

This work was first exhibited at LORE & BEHOLD, Barr's first solo show for Artis Gallery Auckland, in 2014.
