Normally drawn with one or two fluid brushstrokes, represents a moment in time when the mind is free and the body can create unimpeded by worldly constraints. A symbol of total enlightenment, a minimalist symbol for strength and elegance - in this case captured in jade and sterling silver.

The front face has a fine and imperfect inlay of Sterling Silver, a visual representation of the second brushstroke, and a beautiful combination of two materials.

We made a very brief video of slowly rotating. You will see the shape of the pendant, and the colour of the jade very clearly.

a wonderful example of the beauty found in simplicity. It requires quite some skill to produce a finish like this and we are delighted with the result. The stone is suspended from one of our hand plaited Black cords. These are adjustable in length. We will ship this to you in a woven kete pouch.

The finish is a buffed sheen.

The Black Jade has surface 'fractures', these occur naturally in the stone as a result of mineral inclusions present when the jade is forming. This is an aesthetic 'flaw' only.
