Gurnard is a medium firm fleshed fish that holds together well when cooked. It's suitable for most cooking styles - baking, frying, poaching and steaming. Blast frozen to lock in the freshness and flavour, and individually layered for easy separation.

Gurnard is managed by Ministry for Primary Industries using the New Zealand Quota Management System (QMS) to ensure sustainable fishing methods are continuously being practiced by all commercial fisheries.
