A seasonal product caught in the pristine waters of our South Island rivers. Whitebait are small, sweet and tender with a delicate taste that is easily overpowered if mixed with stronger ingredients when cooked. You can't go past a mighty whitebait fritter.

Whitebait season is the 1st of September to the 30th of October (inclusive) each year.

To ensure our premium products are delivered in the best condition possible, your order is packed in an insulated poly-bin with gel-ice packs.
