S moked Trevally is hot smoked naturally using native beech and manuka woodchips for that distinctly kiwi flavour and vacuum packed to seal in all its flavour and moistness. It is great as a finger food (serve on crackers with gherkins, lemon juice or capers), added to salads, as a sandwich filling, in a pie or with white sauce. You can serve it chilled, or warm it to enhance the flavour and aroma.
