ready to eat - this is smoked using South Island beech and manuka then vacuum packed to seal in its fresh flavour and moistness. It is great as a finger food (serve on crackers with gherkins, lemon juice or capers), added to salads, as a sandwich filling, in a pie or with white sauce. You can serve it chilled, or warm it to enhance the flavour and aroma.
