New Zealand's 17,000 kilometres of coastline, with remote bays and inlets cleansed by cool Southern Ocean currents provide ideal growing conditions for the Greenlip Mussel. These large mussels with a cream or orange flesh and distinctive green shell are a true New Zealand delicacy.

The 1/2 shell, Whole Shell and mussel meat are individually quick frozen (IQF) for your convenience.
