A beautiful blend of Leccino, Pendolino and Rosignola olive varieties. As Istriana describes it, ‘Centuries of Istrian tradition in every drop'.
Presents a complex falvour profile with cinnamon and black pepper; aromas of artichoke , chicory and lettuce come through mixed with notes of mint and rosemary.

Presented in a Roman era amphorae-inspired bottle, coated with color containing earth from the Istriana olive groves.
