Ross Vintiner in Martinborough carefully crafts this internationally-awarded, super premium EVOO from his grove of 1100 trees. At the grove, Dali is Certified Organic and biodynamically cultivated too (BioGro).
Dali is a fully certified organic grower. However because they press offsite at a non-organic mill, technically their products must be described as "organically grown" under the Organic Production Act 2023.
