At the grove, Dali is Certified Organic and biodynamically cultivated too (BioGro). Dali Koroneiki is an intense extra virgin olive oil for all Mediterranean dishes, stews, roasts and salads. Dali is a fully certified organic grower. However because they press offsite at a non-organic mill, technically their products must be described as "organically grown" under the Organic Production Act 2023.
