Produced using fully organic methods (certified by Organic Farm NZ); cold extracted and unfiltered. A fine extra virgin olive oil handcrafted by Chris Penman in Greytown in the Wairarapa, where the hot summers and cool winters provide optimum growing conditions. Belia is a fully certified organic grower. However because they press offsite at a non-organic mill, technically their products must be described as "organically grown" under the Organic Production Act 2023.

An intense fruitiness premium oil, with lovely woody, grassy aromas.
