Renowned for its exceptional quality, achieved through a cold extraction process at 19ºC. This meticulous method enhances the oil's aromatic richness and mildness. The Grand Cru variety is noted for its low acidity, typically around 0.2%, which is a key indicator of its high quality and freshness.
