Ceramic Sealant

We offer a complimentary pick-up and drop-off service to all customers within Tauranga.

The package starts with a deep clean of the wheels, wheel barrels, calipers and wheel arches. The vehicle is then foamed using a pH neutral shampoo, which is followed by a hand wash of the vehicle and door jambs using a two-bucket technique. We’ll spot treat any large tar and fallout contamination during this stage.

The process then continues with a thorough decontamination wash of both the wheels and paintwork. We chemically dissolve and remove tar and iron deposits, ensuring the surface is free from bonded contaminants. Any remaining embedded particles are carefully removed using a synthetic clay bar, leaving the paint smooth, clean, and fully prepped for coating.

After a thorough rinse, the vehicle is dried using an EGO blower. Further drying of the vehicle is completed with a specifically formulated panel preparation product to remove oils and other residues from surface, prepping them for the sealant application.

To "lock in" the finish, we apply a durable ceramic sealant that delivers up to 12 months of protection, enhancing your vehicle with slickness, gloss, and long-lasting hydrophobic properties.

To finish, the wheels and tyres are dried and a tyre dressing is applied. The exterior windows of your vehicle are thoroughly cleaned, both during the wash process, and again in the drying process with a dedicated glass cleaner to provide a streak free finish.
