SureFood® QUANTARD Allergen 40

Intended use: a laboratory reference material developed for quantification in the range of 1 - 400 mg allergenic substance / kg food. It is verified in combination with the DNA extraction method SureFood® PREP Advanced (S1053), protocol 1, and the SureFood® ALLERGEN real-time PCR kits. Further information about the quantification of allergenic substances is given in the manual of the SureFood® ALLERGEN real-time PCR products.
