Apply a small amount in the nose 2 to 4 times per day. Gently massage the nostrils to help distribute the ointment throughout the nose.

Maximum usage duration:
Do not use the product for more than 30 consecutive days, as prolonged use may cause irritation or mild discomfort. After a few days’ break, you can resume using the honey ointment. Opening the Tube for the First Time
- Unscrew the cap.
- Push the tip of the cap through the tube opening.
- Gently squeeze the tube to dispense a small amount onto your fingertip. Ensure Proper Hygiene

- Wash your hands thoroughly before and after applying the ointment.
- Always replace the cap after use to prevent bacteria from contaminating the ointment.
- Do not let the tube come into direct contact with your skin.

- Store the tube at a temperature between 4 and 30°C.
- Use the contents within 3 months after opening, as its effectiveness may decrease and/or the ointment may become contaminated.
- Expired? Do not use the ointment past the expiration date, as its effectiveness may be reduced.
