Swiss Deli Berne Lyoner

Berne Lyoner is named after the French city Lyon from where it originates. Swiss butchers perfected the recipe and made it their own. Swiss Deli Lyoner roll is prepared from the lean New Zealand veal and pork and seasoned with garlic, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg and pepper. When sliced Berne Lyoner makes a delectable snack, entrée or sandwich filler. Can be enjoyed hot or cold. Makes a great addition to salads.
