These La Fermiere™ Pork & Fennel sausages are crafted by our expert in-house Sausage maker, using premium Fresh New Zealand pork from the Duroc and Hampshire breeds. The pork is rich in essential fat, resulting in succulent and flavorsome meat.

We only use Pig Care™ accredited New Zealand Pork in all of our pork products. Our sausages are made with Natural Casings, and are free of gluten, MDM, hormones, and antibiotics.
