Originating from Cyprus, Halloumi is a cooking cheese that keeps its shape and turns golden brown when fried. It is a softish white cheese that gets its salty flavour from a soaking in brine. Made with organic milk and Vegetable Rennet.

PRODUCT USE:
Eat fresh out of the pack or cook by grilling or in a frypan on a low heat with oil and herbs until golden brown. Add Halloumi to any salad or vegetable dish or with breakfast instead of Hash Browns
