Gift Certificate Terms & Conditions

Validity: Gift certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Redemption: Redeemable on any PANIA GREENAWAY piece, either online or in-store (including pop-ups).

Non-refundable: Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, in whole or in part.

Partial Use: Any remaining balance may be used on future purchases until the expiry date.

Lost or Stolen Certificates: Treat your certificate like cash, lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced or refunded.

Exclusions: Gift certificates cannot be used to purchase other gift certificates or combined with certain promotions, unless stated.
