a uniquely Kiwi classic, made with a traditional potato starter. Our Bread brings together the character of traditional Rēwena-style bread with the depth of a naturally fermented sourdough. The result is a loaf with a beautifully developed crust, soft yet satisfying crumb and a rich, slightly tangy flavour. Perfect for toast, sandwiches, grazing boards or simply enjoyed fresh with butter.
