Pick two from the available options. The small bag holds about 3/4 of a cup to a cup, depending on the ingredient. If you want the whole bag of one fruit or veg, then pick the same type on each line.

Some fruit and vegetables are available in smaller beaks or larger beaks options, but some fruit doesn't freeze-dry well in bigger pieces (usually the sweeter fruit such as grapes and mango), so those are available in only one smaller size.
