2023, Domaine Berthaut-Gerbet, BOURGOGNE, 'Les Prielles'
From a 0.95 ha vineyard in northeastern Fixin, flat, deep limestone and marl soil. Planted in 1980. Cold macerated. Ambient yeast fermentation in concrete vats. 1-2 pump-overs per day with a few punch-downs at the end of fermentation. Full malolactic fermentation in concrete vats. Aged in used barrels.
