This is aromatically similar to the Vénérables but with even better Chablis character and in particular, mineral reduction. I like the mid-palate density to the rich, delicious and vibrant medium-weight flavours that possess a generous mouthfeel while displaying good length on the moderately dry bitter lemon-inflected finale. 89-91 Burghound (2022).
