2021, Domaine A. -F. Gros, MOULIN-À-VENT, 'En Mortperay'

From a large 3.6 ha holding that is made very much in a Burgundian Pinot style but with the unmistakable liveliness of Gamey.
Cask sample. Pale crimson. Racy and vibrant – leaner than many a Moulin-à-Vent! Lots to chew on at the end. Cries out for great food.
