2022, Domaine Weinbach, 'Les Vignes du Precheur', Vin d'Alsace

The 2022 Les Vignes du Précheur is a co-ferment of Riesling, Auxerrois, Pinot Gris, Sylvaner and Muscat, this was made in two thirds foudre and one third stainless steel. Crunchy lemon and citrus on the nose are bright, appetising, with just a slight highlight of orange. The palate is mild, fresh, smooth, aromatic and light, a slender white with a gentle aromatic nature and great refreshment factor. (Bone-Dry). 88 Anne Krebiehl, Vinous (2024).
