Native Bush Blend - Runny Culinary Honey 400g

Limited edition runny honey from our apiary in Hikuai.

Beautiful dark runny honey which is primarily Rewarewa and has a delicious caramel-like taste mmmmmm. As well as the other nectar found in our Native Bush Blend.
Our Culinary Honey is raw/unpasteurised with nothing added - straight from the hive to your kitchen. Raw honey naturally crystallises over time and can become a bit crunchy (which we love) but it's still grand and will liquify again as soon as added to a hot drink and/or cooking.
I'm just eating this by the spoonful but also great to bake with, drizzle it over your cereal, add it to your smoothies, in your hot drinks. Culinary honey is a perfect addition where a little natural sweetness is desired.
