This Pisa Range Estate Riesling has been produced from 100% estate grown vines. Light straw in colour with crisp apple and a hint of ginger on the nose. This dry-style Riesling shows typical Central Otago chalky minerality, with lime citrus flavours and a juicy acidity. Good mid palate weight with a long finish. Cellar: 5 years. Drinking well now. Food Match: Roast Pork
