Vintage 1970s German/Hungarian Pottery

Vintage German or Hungarian Pottery - Green & Brown Jug with four tiny cups / mugs set.

Attractive set of jug and four tiny cups. No maker's marks but we have seen these pieces on one Hungarian auction site and another German one. Guessing therefore that these are European in origin. Perhaps for liqueur or similar? There was probably a cork stopper in the jug originally.

Use for drinks, as an excellent display collectable or flower vases. Estimate circa 1970s.

No cracks or chips on any of the pieces. Light crazing only on the cups in places if you look closely. Overall excellent condition. Green leafy design with brown earthy coloured glaze over the bottom half.

The Jug is about 23.5cm tall, 10cm wide - would make a beautiful stem vase. Cups are 6 x 4.5cm. We have more vintage decor take a look
