Coconut Chip Potting Mix - 5 Litre Bag
Coconut husk is a fantastic soil-free potting media alternative for many plants. This horticultural by-product actually absorbs water like a sponge so the roots can access moisture as they require it. The husks can be used on their own or mixed with other media such as regular potting mix or fine coconut coir fibres to adjust the effect. Main Ingredient:
Washed Coconut Husk Chunks Suitable Plants:
Philodendron, Epipremnum, Monstera, Syngonium, Hoya, Orchids & Epiphytes More. Watering:
Suitable for converting plants to hydroponics. Soak for 5-30 minutes & drain completely so coco chips can absorb moisture and the plant can use what it needs for the next few weeks. Or, douse the chips fully until water flows through the pot's drainage then stop and repeat as necessary. A dd liquid fertiliser during the growing season.
