Chain of Hearts - Ceropegia woodii - 1L / 14cm / Small

Chain of Hearts is a favourite amongst plant collectors for its intricately patterned heart-shaped leaves and its low-fuss nature when given the right conditions. Suitable for bright windowsills and trailing down from up high or when 'ponytailed' and hung around a room like fairy lights.

Light Requirements: Bright Indirect Light is ideal, tolerates partial sun and can be best when in a position where it gets gentle morning sun. Needs lots of hours in bright light to thrive.

Moisture & Soil Requirements: A succulent so this plant prefers occasional deep watering and periods where it partially dries out. Use soil with exceptional drainage - never let it get soggy. Reduce watering frequency in winter. Avoid water resting on foliage.

Growth & Nutrients: Cascading vine-like growth, shallow root system so prefers small containers to large. White & purple flowers in summer. Ideal for a hanging planter. Suits apartments or homes of any size. Feed with only small amounts of general-purpose fertiliser for containers from the start of spring each year to autumn when growth slows down.

Temperature, Humidity & Ambient requirements: Prefers warm environments inside, grows well in a range of humidity.

Toxicity: Toxic to pets and people. Don't chomp down on this ever.
