I AM CALM - Roman Chamomile, Lavender , Peru Balsam , Mandarin (our award winning blend!)

How to use your Essential Oil Blends :

- Home/office scent -Add 9-15 drops to water in an essential oil burner/plug in diffuser

- For Massage - add 10 drops (0.5ml) to 15ml carrier oil - we love to use Organic Jojoba Oil

- Refresh the scent of old candles - add up to 7 drops to a freshly lit candle

- Shower steam - add 5 drops to a damp cloth - place cloth in the shower cubicle base and enjoy the scent evaporation

Caution :

Do not use directly on skin unless pre-blended with a carrier oil
